“La Rocca” in Italian means fortress, built on a rock or on a domineering (most prominent, commanding) hill. The choice of this name was natural to us: in honor of the place where we started; of the Italian traditions and the lands of the Veneto region. We brought with us the authentic tastes of the typical local cuisine and the famous delicious pizza.

For our dishes we use fresh seasonal products from small Bulgarian farms and the durable products such as olive oil, cheese, mozzarella, sausages, pasta and flour, are imported directly from Italy.
